Simply browse our store, add the items you'd like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and payment information, and you'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@quickbooktips.shop as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes before your order has shipped.
We accept all major payment methods through our secure, encrypted checkout. All accepted options are displayed at checkout.
🚚 Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days for the contiguous US. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take 7–14 business days.
Currently we ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status on our Order Status page.
↩ Returns & Refunds
We offer 30-day returns on all orders. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Contact us at info@quickbooktips.shop to start a return.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@quickbooktips.shop with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
🛡 Warranty
Yes — all products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item develops a fault under normal use, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement.
