1. Becoming a Wholesale Partner
To apply for a wholesale account, please email us at info@quickbooktips.shop with your business name, resale certificate or EIN, and details about your business. Our team will review your application and respond promptly.
2. Minimum Order Requirements
Wholesale orders may be subject to minimum order quantities or minimum order values. Specific requirements will be provided upon approval of your wholesale account.
3. Pricing
Approved wholesale partners receive access to tiered wholesale pricing. All wholesale pricing is confidential and provided in your wholesale agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Wholesale orders are payable in full at the time of order unless credit terms have been separately agreed upon in writing.
5. Shipping for Wholesale Orders
Shipping costs and timeframes for wholesale orders are calculated based on order size and destination, and will be confirmed at the time of order.
6. Returns on Wholesale Orders
Wholesale returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be arranged in advance. Please contact us to discuss any wholesale return.
7. Resale Requirements
Wholesale partners agree to represent our products accurately and to comply with any minimum advertised pricing (MAP) policies provided in the wholesale agreement.
