What Is a Parts Request?
A parts request allows you to obtain a replacement component for a product you have already purchased from usΒ for example, a missing accessory, a damaged part received on delivery, or a component that has failed within the warranty period.
We are committed to supporting the longevity of your products and will do our best to source and supply the required part as quickly as possible.
When Can You Request a Part?
- A component was missing from your original delivery
- A part arrived damaged or faulty
- A component has failed through normal use within the product's warranty period
- You need a like-for-like replacement for a compatible accessory
How to Submit a Parts Request
To process your request as quickly as possible, please send an email to info@quickbooktips.shop with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number (found in your original order confirmation email)
- Product name as it appears on your order
- Description of the part needed : be as specific as possible (e.g. "replacement USB-C charging cable for the Brushed Brass Cordless Mushroom Lamp")
- Reason for the request : missing, damaged on arrival, or failed in use
- Photographs : where applicable, please attach clear photos of the damaged or missing part
- Your delivery address : so we can dispatch the replacement promptly

Parts Request Under Your Consumer Rights
If your product or a component of it is found to be faulty or not as described within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to request a full refund, replacement, or repair , including individual parts where applicable. Please reference your statutory rights when submitting your request if relevant.
For items outside the 30-day period but within 6 months of purchase, we will assess any fault and, where the fault is confirmed, provide a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
Chargeable Parts
Where a parts request falls outside of your statutory rights and warranty coverage , for example, parts lost or damaged through misuse , we may be able to supply a replacement at a small charge. We will always confirm any applicable cost with you before proceeding, and you are under no obligation to accept.
