Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@quickbooktips.shop or call +44 7853 553545 to notify us of your intention to return.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
- Drop it off at your nearest designated drop-off point as instructed.
Condition of Returned Goods
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal). We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us immediately at info@quickbooktips.shop with a description and photograph of the issue.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition
- Items returned after the 14-day return window without prior agreement
